Had a great time for my son's 1st bdae at 5 Mayo Street. The place is big, clean and very convenient. It is connected to downtown line Rocher Station exit B. 2nd floor has good view for people watching. There is free parking along the street for Sunday but finding a space depends on your luck. Most important, the staff and team at Happi Loft are friendly and prompt in responding to enquiries.

Held my 18th birthday party here at TheHappiLoft and first thing was that the admin was super easygoing. The amenities that were provided in the function room were sufficient and fun to use, and the space could easily accommodate 40+ people. The location of the place was also great and easily accessible. Overall the vibe was extremely good and I would recommend my friends and family members to use this place 🤗

Hosted my son's first birthday event at the happi loft and was pleased with the space! It was very spacious which could easily accommodate about 80 guests. Kids would definitely love the place. It was also situated in a convenient location. Sound system on the first floor just as it is on the second floor, for some light music would have been great. Overall was wonderful!!

How big is your event space and what kind of events can it accommodate?

The Happi Loft is a 2000 sqft event space with beautiful floor-to-ceiling glass windows that allows ample natural light to brighten up your event. With a spacious, elegant and minimalist interior, it is suitable for you to decorate and personalise to your taste. It is perfect for hosting birthday parties, corporate events, workshops and flea markets.

How many guests can the space accommodate?

The space can fit up to 100 pax with seatings for 60 pax.

How to get to The Happi Loft?

The Happi Loft is located at 5 Mayo Street, S208305. We are a stone throw away from Rocher MRT (Blue Line), a 2 mins walk upon exiting. If you are driving, there is ample parking space along the road or at Sim Lim Tower right beside.

Can we set up earlier prior to our booking time?

Yes! There is a complimentary 30 minutes set up period before your booking time.

Booking & Confirmation

How to book and confirm?

Your preferred slot will only be confirmed after full payment is received. Payment can be made via Bank Transfer or PayNow to our UEN202307247K.

Are we able to view the place before booking?

Yes! Do drop us a text to arrange a viewing slot, capped at 20 minutes per viewing, subject to availability.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

No cancellations or refund is allowed after payment is made.

Any additional charges?

There will be a refundable security deposit of $500 and $120 cleaning fee is required upon booking of the venue. Usage of all facilities and entertainment in The Happi Loft are included in the booking fee.
